Mail Day! How do my replacement Young Guns look? I wasn’t happy with my Owen Power, Lukas Reichel, and Jack Quinn when I pulled them out of my 2022-23 Series 1 Hobby Box. Luckily I bought the box from a Certified Diamond Dealer, so I was able to go through the replacement card process with UD.
Let’s hope I don’t have to do this too many more times!

Upper deck never sends back 10's, there is always condition problems with the replacement cards. This was unbelievable, somehow they didn't have a Stutzle young guns to replace with so the gave me Jason Robertson and Kirby Dach Young Guns instead. I've had to battle with them at times for other replacements too.
I think mystery packs are nothing more than repackage garbage at best. At least you got a hobby pack with yours. People claim there are certain chase cards to hit but how can you ever verify that they sent the hit card out?
Just sent a Shadow Box Auto, interested to see what they send back.
I had to replace a couple times myself well the bonus is basically to cover your tracking shipping cost to them so that’s not bad it also took awhile to get back but I did not receive the same card but got back something if equal value
