Filip Zadina’s contract with the Detroit Red Wings will be terminated on Friday, making him an unrestricted free agent.
The Boston Bruins should absolutely try to sign the 6th overall pick from 2018 to see if he can become the elite goal scorer he was projected to be.
The Bruins have already signed Milan Lucic and James van Riemsdyk to bargain deals – why not do the same with a player who has so much more upside?

Plus, Matt Poitras is impressing at development camp, but the Bruins have some things they want to see him improve on back in the OHL this season.

Get Zadina he'll score 60 goals for sure… just like every nobody that comes to boston becomes a star then they leave and you never hear of them again… Just like you said Zacha played minors of New Jersey 6 years comes to boston and is a star… also torey krug a star in boston goes stlouis never heard of him again and so many others… the magic juice is really good in boston…
