Suter would be a decent add, Malgin I'd avoid. We need a center for the 4C line, a strong faceoff guy would be better but at 775K you can't complain if Suter signs. I'd also look at seeing if Comtois would sign. Could be a good depth addition for the bottom 6. Rather have his size vs an undersized guy on the 4th line.
Remember: "Classic" means "Old". Classic players, even at 775K, may not be worth the price. The body takes a beating over the years and speed, stamina, and agility are the first to go. Hopefully other options become available that fit the bill. Loosing both Kostin and Bjugstad reduced our size. I'm "okay" with an "average" sized player providing they can move well but undersized, especially in the playoffs, you're asking for a problem in my opinion. Take care all.
It's most likely Toews is going to retire as a hockey player and either look for a coaching/front office position or spend more time with his family in the near future.
