John Klingberg has signed a one year contract for $4.15 million with the Toronto Maple Leafs. This is a great contract for the Maple Leafs because Klingberg still has a lot of upside in his game. When Klingberg finds consistency in his game he could be one of the best offensive defencemen in the NHL. This is why I think that he is going to do great with the highly skilled Toronto Maple Leafs.

I love Klinger and his offense can be great but holy cow is he turnover prone and he gets tossed around in his own end due to his light stature
Leafs finally have another option other than Mo to QB the powerplay. He's terrible in his own zone though hopefully the offense can offset the defensive mistakes.
