π π DAY 12 EXERCISE: MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS π π

Today we are doing Mountain Climber Twists. These engage all the muscles of your core and will allow you to be stronger on your skates. Starting from the pushup or plank position, alternate bringing your knees to your elbows, or a bit just outside of your elbows. These may look easy, but they are very tiring after just a few seconds.
I would do 4 sets of Mountain Climbers, where you do the exercise continuously for 60 seconds for each set.

π€ Rest for 2 Minutes
βΆοΈ SET 2: Mountain Climbers for 50 Seconds

π€ Rest for 2 Minutes
βΆοΈ SET 4: Mountain Climbers for 30 Seconds
