Well, he may or may not pass Wayne Gretzky. Keep in mind that when Gretzky passed Howe, he was like 5 years younger than Ovechkin is right now. They calculate that it may take him about 2 more seasons to have a shot and that’s if he keeps his game up where it currently is. So it depends if he can handle going that far given his age because he’s close to the age where most athletes retire. So it’s an iffy situation.
