Me, I have let my winter Negative Q17 ASHL team know I will be joining them on a spare basis as I give my final push towards the NHL.

Juulsen isn’t mentioned in the article but I think he is a dark horse candidate. It will probably be Cole to start the season but I could see Juulsen getting some looks there if he has a good camp and is able to stick with the big club.

I think Hronek is gonna be Quinn’s version Devon Toews. I really like him.

If we could somehow get Pesce from Carolina that would be my pick.

Cole played the 3rd most minutes for Tampa last season, so I could see him getting that spot. Great defensively and very physical. Second pairing would probably be Soucy-Hronek, then Hirose/Irwin/Juulsen (my pick)-Myers

    Or

    Hughes-Hronek (crunch time pair)

Cole-Myers (Myers needs a good stay at home dman)

Soucy-Juulsen (Juulsen was singled out by Tocchet as someone him, Foote, and Gonchar liked in limited viewings last year. punisher line – two monsters who love to hit)

    Wolanin

    Hirose/McWard/Rathbone logging big AHL minutes

  6. I hope Filip Johansson can get a good look

***IT WAS CHRIS TANEV AND THEY FUCKED IT UP.*** ^(I’m still mad about it)

Haha, sorry Tanev! Looks like you’ve got some devoted fans ✊😔

Probably Makar, but I’m guessing the article just means current Canucks

Canucks get Tanev at the trade deadline to bolster their run at the playoffs sitting in 8th place at the tdl

If we just would have spent the money from the OEL buyout on genetic cloning. Quinn Hughes could be Quinn Hughes’s partner.

“Hughes stretch pass up the ice to Hughes, he weaves through the neutral zone. Dumps the puck in deep to Hughes, cycles back to the blue line to Hughes. Hughes from the point, TIPPED BY PETTERSSON!!!”

I know Chris Faber ultimately decided that Hronek was technically the best fit, but I agree that either Cole or Soucy would be best. I think Soucy would be my choice. Just because Quinn only needs a steady defensive presence that will provide some protection and is quick and smart enough to support his offense. Plus Soucy has a bomb of a shot.
