The second ottawa player to injure a boston player with a knee on knee hit, first one got a 2 minute tripping penalty and this one gets nothing, these refs need to be taking out back and hit with a baseball bat.
What were the refs looking at?? There are two of them, Krejci was carrying the puck in the middle of the ice, and Wideman's leg was sticking out at least 2 feet, and he goes spinning down from the knee on knee hit. I'd like an explanation of that one… Of course the Hockey Night in Canada announcers have no problem with it. I can only imagine the howling if Chara or Marchand did that….
I'm trying to be as diplomatic as possible to Bruins fans, but what were you guys thinking putting Krejci on your second line when you know he had just recovered?
I used to think that my love of the Bruins made me think the NHL officials were biased against them. This series has given me proof the bias against the Bruins with the NHL officials is real and not just me being a fan.
