Tldr: Billy G is now president of Hockey Ops in addition to being GM. Matt Majka is now CEO. Mitch Helgerson was promoted to Chief Revenue Officer. Kelly McGrath was promoted to GM and executive director of the Xcel Energy Center (not the team).
What does this mean? Not a ton, but they probably got some more money.

I’m sure this just includes a raise and a few more people reporting to BG. I dated a girl who’s uncle was an asst. GM to fletcher in those days. The organization is really top notch. They take really good care of the front office and their families too. Felt like a VIP when I went to games with them.
2025 Guerin’s title now includes “alternate owner”
2027 Guerin is named “Lord Protector” of the Wild
2029 Wild player name tags to be replaced with “Guerin”
2031 Wild renamed “The Fighting Guerins”
Doesn’t really change things much – he has a new title and new contract.
Basically it keeps him here – and other teams are prevented from poaching him by offering him the title of President / GM.
