As a Habs fan, I'd say for Chiarot we would need a 2nd or 3rd if we go the draft pick route. I'm not really sure that he's worth anything close to a top prospect. But for the role he has played on this team, I'd say he bargains a 2nd.
Drury will want to give up 6th round picks for good players, he offered a 3rd round pick and a few of his crap prospects for Eichel. Krappo Kakko wasn’t even offered and dude has zero points on season. LaFreniere was on 4th line other night, dude is soft as mink fur and can’t even pick up assists, he was supposed to be next Crosby lol

DeHaan, when he's healthy is a very good shot blocking defenceman.
But the Hawks have a lot of smallish forwards and its nice to have big defencemen for peotection.

Trade Ben Chiarot and Poehling for Kravstov and then trade Drouin ++ for Sam Girard. Reunite Mackinnon and Drouin.
Chiarot is a good #4 dman. He gets hate but we need to realize that his most common partner the last few years have been Weber and Savard who are also big not very fast, shut down, not good puck moving defenseman. Get him with a partner who moves the puck and you will have a solid player. He’s a complimentary dman. You put him with someone to add stability defensively.
I'd take Girard for chariot and a 2nd and a 3rd
Too early to move people around. Who knows? In a month, there might be a turn around for all the teams mentioned.
I can’t see CHI’s Interim GM making waves until the season is officially lost. Colliton is gone, so as soon as CHI stops playing Colliton’s man-and-a-half dzone system, I don’t think they’ll be a “bad team” for much longer. Adjustments must be made however.
hawks fans are starting to fall in love with jones. jones is quickly becoming the hawks leader on the defensive side. if the hawks are ever able to pair jones with a seabrook type, look out.
dehaan is a possibility to be moved during trade deadline, probably not before. currently the hawks don't really have anyone to play dehaan's minutes. maybe later in the season when kalynuk and c.jones are both back and the outcome of the hawks season is a little clearer, i could see the hawks parting ways with dehaan's expiring contract.
Chiarot is fine don't trade him. If habs are going to make a trade it should be for a third line center like Adam Lowry.
Anybody can have Dehann for a high pick. Wish the Hawks could get rid of MURPHY.
