Simple vegas is shutting things down
As a Stars fan I am totally disgusted by this and can only hope the real Stars players and the real fans show up on tues and thurs.
Knights are a working mans team, no finesse just brute-force rolling 4 lines armed with a lot of weapons.
Skill to finish games with whatever it takes.

Jack Eichel is a superstar ! 🤦♂️
If you look at the tying goal, Eichel is looking over his shoulder at who is coming down the center before he even gets the pass. Then he shields himself from the defender and throws the perfect no look pass for the goal. It really doesn't get much better. Without that pass, the Knights probably lose the game.

I was at the game, Dallas won the first 2.5 periods, we were flat, very flat, (except for Eichel) but somehow Dallas never really gave a major push even though they were better. It felt like they were playing 3rd period kill the clock the whole game. Dallas was lucky the score was so close in game 1, Vegas was lucky to win game 2 IMO.

Vegas is not a sexy team. Nobody scored 30 goals. The goaltenders aren't big name (OK, Quick is, but he hasn't been in net in the postseason, and he's past his prime). They had the #1 and #2 men in the NHL when it came to… blocked shots.
However, it's working for them.
