  1. I'd love to hear the ref's justification for this.

"Brady, there, called the penalty on himself. He can't do that so no penalty."

  2. Horrible miss by the TWO refs. No one calls for the puck from a teammate with a stick in the air when they are that close! No excuse. Settle it on the ice then and who knows if Skjei gets tears Then HE can blame the refs for his injury!.

  3. So they can change the decision, then penalty should be reviewed when they make a mistake right?

  4. Hey Bettman, your refs are a disgrace!!! Do something about it. That was a basic high stick. This is embarrassing !

  5. As much crap as Tampa has gotten away with, super Cooper has a lot of nerve trying to plead his case to the refs. 😂 Like bro, shut TF up and take this L just like the other had to do

  6. Meanwhile they won’t call shit on Tampa. 12 to 2 in penalty minutes. 12 to fucking 2. And it’s not like Tampa isn’t doing anything either. They should have gotten called for retaliation and a cross check on Aho while he was on the ground AFTER the whistle.

  7. That's a reputation non-call. Kucherov is a diver, the refs probably thought he was faking another injury.

  8. Such a weird situation. At first i thought the fans wanted a major penalty, which seemed excessive, until i realized the absolute fuckup by the refs

  9. Florida fans are funny… yall lost get over it, you didnt lose because of the refs you lost because your defensive players cant skate backwards allowing players like point to get free around the net. (side note Florida had more PP chances than Tampa)

  10. Maybe he wasn't called, because he wasn't high sticked, lol. Dumb Cooper. Kucherov is well-known for being a dirty player and a diver.

  11. I was waiting for the announcement: "Brady Skjel, 2 minutes, unsportsmanlike conduct – calling penalty on himself when we didn't."

  12. "We have the benefit of replay, the refs do not" Then USE IT !! Give the refs the ability to call the game the way it should be. If they miss something like that, I would rather a 2-5 minute delay to get the call right.

  13. I love it. The EPITOME of how bad the refs have been recently. The player who committed the penalty went to the penalty box and the refs go, nah, it's fine. The OT penalty that cost us game 3 was the worst playoff OT call I've ever seen. Two players had their sticks tied up and Kooch pulled his stick, which moved the opposing players stick about a foot diagonally but that's a penalty… the stick was not broken or even dropped but it still resulted in a call. Killorn got high sticked in the mouth during game 2 and bled so much that they literally stopped the game for 5 minutes to clean the blood off the ice but no penalty. I guess they're trying to win the "worst ref during a playoff series" award and the competition is stiff.

  14. The fact that the NHL makes the coaches wears masks on the bench shows you how dumb we are as a society.

  15. how do u miss a high stick like that: it wasnt behind the play; it wasnt high speed; he was heading to the puck; what is the NHLs excuse now; worst refs in sport; just plain crap

  16. These refs are paid off to look the other way. They have 4 of them now no excuse for the penalty not being called.

  17. this is why missed calls should be challengable, especially if they directly lead to a goal. it's no different from challenging for offsides or goalie interference.

  18. Reason why this wasent called. Linesman called it but since no injury it couldnt be called but dont worry it was made up

  19. He hit visor not face, and kucherov embellished it like crazy. He didn't even get his face at all and kucherov is diving holding his face like sissy
