The Tampa Bay Lightning have had an absolutely incredible last 4 seasons but also a pretty impressive last 10 seasons overall making the Stanley Cup Finals 4 times and winning 2 Stanley Cups. Ultimately though all good things must come to an end and it looks to be heading that way for the Tampa Bay Lightning or do they have what it takes to have 1 last crack at a 3rd cup?

They got faster, younger which may help with regular season wins, might not have the yearly february slump that they've had the past three seasons. They were in first in the atlantic last year before the all star break but I think the veterans got tired and they sucked for about two months which dropped them to third. If another team doesnt have an outlier season like boston last year I think it will still be tampa and toronto 1 and 2 in the atlantic.
Kucherov doesnt rely on his athleticism like point does, so there could be an argument made that his decline would be less severe almost like a datsyuk, since he pays ssucceeds with his mind. Hagel contract year will ball out.
Vasy also had a bad year last year, could very easily rebound.
