  1. I have never resonated with anything more than when Brennan said the unhinged takes Leafs, Habs, and Wings fans have been posting about us keep him awake with anger at night 😂
I just want the season to start so we can make em eat their words

  2. You guys are totally forgetting that Norris, Batherson and Tkachuk were a great line together. I would honestly bring back that line. Then have Giroux play the left side with Stützle and Tarasenko. I believe Giroux had one of his highest point totals the first year he played LW in Philly. He can totally play his off wing.

  3. I would've been OK with Vladimir at 5.5 million for four years. It's actually a reasonable contract but I'm not mad about the one year deal either. Gives them flexibility and Bility of foresight to see how he fits in with the team dynamic. My YouTube has been giving me a lot of Detroit stuff lately and I keep saying not interested, everyone loves to heat on the senators but they have the best young core in the game right now

  4. Giroux had a record season when he went LW, I think that is the play.

  5. I kinda prefer a 1 year deal for Tarasenko, he'll be more eager to have a good season to secure a big contract next summer. Gives the Sens a yesr to see how he fits in and decide if you want to extend him or not

  6. Can they not put Joseph on waivers and bury the contract in the AHL if no one wants to take him without the sens adding more assets to the trade?

  7. I think Branny gets moved. Nobody will want Jo's contract unless you pay a lot to dump it, which isnt good for the Sens either. Meanwhile Brannstrom has a ton of value and we could get something for him. It also opens a roster spot for Klevin, who would play with Hamonic. He was a great mentor to Sandy last year, and he could do that with Klevin as well this year. Jo is also very effective on the PK, and without him, who replaces the speed and most importantly that spot on the PK?

  8. I think they should have locked up Pinto long term. A lot of people seem to think that he will be happy with 2.5 million which I think is ridiculous. Can't believe you guys are saying 1 million. Totally clueless. Completely delusional . Wasted my time listening to your foolishness. Unsubscribed. Coming in hot podcast guys mentioned 5 million. I would have thought 4 million for 8 years. I can't see how Dorion is going to make this fit.

Dorion doesn't want to look bad to the new owner and that makes him dangerous to the franchise. Adding a sweetener to move Joseph makes him look bad and doesn't give him enough money so then he needs to move Brannstrom and for sure whatever that trade would look like would make him look bad and the money would still be tight.

What I worry about is Dorion going all in and giving away Chabot for a conditional 7th round pick in 2045. It would give him the money he needs to add some depth and maybe a RD. Unfortunately with his record the RD would be some 5th pairing pylon and the depth wouldn't be much better. I'm exaggerating but I think you get the picture.

Here's another thing. Norris is back. You've also got three other committed long term guys in Tkachuk, Stutzle and Batherson who have played very well on the PP. Which one of those guys is Smith going to kick off the PP to make Tarasenko and Dorion look good for a year?

  9. The change in cap space from $32k to the current $895k occurred when Ridly Greig was moved off the active roster.
