I've seen some people who think Chicago will be in the playoffs this year because of Bedard. I have my doubts.
The best score for Chicago is based on a bunch of new players and Bedard who didn’t play a single second in the NHL yet, if he reveals to need a longer development that C transforms really quickly into an F.

Alex Vlasic got no love here lol. He’s the one defensive prospect who’s pretty much guaranteed a roster spot alongside Seth Jones.
Hall/Bedard/Rieckle will be an exciting line, but this team is still going to be bad. I hope for positive signs of development, but I hope more for another top draft lottery pick!
