    Im 36 years old and its a 💩 to fall, cant imagine the distressful situation of have 70+ and fall. Glad he was safe

    The ‘ROLL’ is a good move … when falling accidentally…

    Best to roll with the fall then ‘fight’ to much against it … (that could lead to more hurt from the resistance …)

    He did like a ‘Judo Roll’ … to help lesson the impact of the fall …

    That was a good instinct
