It’s good to hear someone acknowledge that the Devils are going to have some growing pains losing Severson. I keep hearing from Devils fans what an awful player he is and how he’s actually going to make us worse, and they are going to be just fine with the addition of their Lord and Savior Luke Hughes.

Lol. How does anyone look at Karllssons WAR and say Pittsburgh got better defensively. Dude is all attack, no defense… he’s essentially a 4th forward.
Assuming no trades out… we also have quit a bit of depth defensively, Bean and Jiracek and several up and comers in the AHL. Might not be the best defense… but might be the deepest
