[4 WEEKS CHALLENGE] – JUMPING FITNESS – Week 1 video 2 – with Jakub Novotny



The 2nd release of the 4 weeks long Jumping Transformation challenge! This time it’s a compilation of my previous songs and I am Jumping them with you in the video! For the first time like this 😅 It’s kinda fun 😀

Trampoline is a great tool for losing weight, shaping up your body and burning a lot of calories! So I am making this challenge to help you achieve your results and have fun along the way. All weeks are inspired by 4 elements, so each “Jumping week” will be different. And each week I am uploading 4 videos here on Youtube. This week is part of the “AIR” week! So get on your trampoline and jump with the elements!

I am with you in this challenge…the challenge of the four elements..and you, my friend, the fifth element…for me, you are an addiction…when I open YouTube on my TV and see one of your videos, even old ones..I immediately jump onto the trampoline, I cannot resist myself.   5. Just finished this one. Thank you for the challenge. Hopefully I'll get through it! Been rebounding since January and I live your workouts. Highest calorie count today at 305 – first time I've broken 300 and gone over 3000 steps. Loved seeing your comments on the inset screen, but missed the counter. Who knows – might be a good thing for me not to constantly count the minutes and concentrate on the moves. Thank you again.

  6. Sorry about my english IM French . I dont understand why is there a little video un the corner .. it s like having the same video two Times in the same screen .. I prefer when there is the countdown in the corner . I think it s a very good vidéo like all yours I enjoyed it . Thanks for all .

  8. Hey Jakub! Loving the new challenge, but I miss the percentage tracking from your previous videos. It was super helpful for tracking progress.

  9. Please share more about the huge benefits of LOW IMPACT fitness, especially for women 40+. This is THE best for me- I burn 300+ calories and 3000+ steps on this video before I left the house for work.
    All without stressing my body out and therefore keeping Cortisol levels stable. And my joints aren’t complaining like if I went for a run.
