The play was great by Bryson, but I think it's a testament to the way LIV has been setting up their golf courses too. The guys utterly destroyed the Greenbrier, as it was just a birdie fest of them throwing darts, at pin after pin. Fantastic play indeed! But Bryson almost had 2 rounds in the 50's with a 61 in his 2nd round also. They need to set the courses up a bit tougher, otherwise this will happen again sooner than we think.
The sad thing is that I just don't think it matters. Given that LIV is just an exhibition tour, it wouldn't surprise me if the course setup was on the easier side, because low scores, in america at least, make better headlines.
You guys need intro and outro music for the podcast episodes. Would love to see Brysons driver get a review.

I think the Fire That still lights the belly is the sheer love for the Game, they are all playing professional. You don‘t get to That Level if you have Never had the Love for the Game, or if you wouldn‘t enjoy practicing and hitting balls. And living out that Love for the Game on the highest Level of competitiveness is probably the reason why they are still doing it

If I was turning up to play a tournament as a You Tuber with a pro who up until the last minute was fine with you filming my response would have been polite but simple, "How would you feel if you arrived at a tournament and just as you're about to tee off the organiser mentions, oh by the way we've changed our mind there's no prize money." and then left it at that.
The best motivational thought is ten 2 letter words "if it is to be, it is up to me".

A lot of talk about Bryson's clubs but not much about his single plane swing (SPS). Would love to hear more about this topic. I'm a huge SPS fan and have been for thirty years.

Difference between 10 and 20 hcp is often good putting and skills around the greens.
Proper per centage shot selection off trouble and probably hardly ever missing on the short side, where you don’t have any green to work with.
How relevant is pureing the shafts nowadays, cause a standard off the shelf stuff also have Tour Tour issue stamped shafts on them.

A professional golf stableford tournament with the best players in the world would be super entertaining. All the best players playing super aggressively on every hole.
They love golf. Those high drive guy would get bored if they didn't golf and compete. I'm 50, and I am nowhere near their level, but I can't sit still I have to compete. Golf, Tennis, Bowling. Anything.
What keeps them going….. “they are built different” I know it’s silly. But you’re talking about the most competitive dudes in golf. They don’t quit like we do
Guy if you don’t watch and haven’t been keeping up with it, of course you won’t like or care about the team element. It’s not gonna just hit you one day and you’ll like it.
Yes – we’re golf fans and we’re interested in great stories that promote golf…..but let’s not lose sight of why we’re opposed to LIV. It’s not about the golf, the players or the format – it’s the regime behind them.
Theres only one thing keeping these old heads still around, the fear of being irrelevant or forgotten.
