Bulletproof your Back

Mark Stone’s back problems, resulting in multiple surgeries, inspired me to create this post.
The captain of the @vegasgoldenknights recently lead his team to their first Stanley Cup Championship while battling a nerve problem in his back for multiple years, leading to 100’s of missed games for him.

I no longer get back pain, because I have intentionally trained it.
Success stories from @_bulletproofman and @lowbackability and structural balance from @athletictruthgroup have shown people that it is possible to break out of some of the worst injuries, chronic pains, and genetic deficiencies. This includes training for the back.

What would I do with someone like Mark Stone? Or someone like Mario Lemeiux?
I would test their ability to round the spine, ability to resist rounding the spine, and strength in every angle that the back can be trained.
This is the same process I will do for any other hockey player with any kind of back problem; and I know there’s a lot of you out there.

But, What if you don’t have these back problems, and you’re looking for an extra advantage? This will help you too!
Because as you train the low back, everything else becomes stronger. This is a proven science.

DM “Back Ability” and I’ll do everything I can to help you out.
