I have always said Shannon was a total class act. As a die-hard CBJ fan, I appreciate the props you gave Jarmo. I hope Quick appreciated it, as well. It was sad for me personally, as despite it being a train wreck of a season, I have always been a Jonathan Quick fan, and was really looking forward to seeing him in our jersey (albeit for just a brief time).

Also, kleven and Sanderson have played a ton together for 4+ years so I think the hope is that there is already chemistry there
I dont want to see LA/Vegas 1st round, I wanna see them in the West Finals! The new playoff format is so boring later rounds. Its like they want to get as many viewers 1st round as they can then just let it fizzle through the finals. I think the season should start a month earlier and playoffs end a month earlier. As a panthers fan its so boring to see Tampa in the 1st or 2nd round every time, 2 years ago that would have been a awsome east finals.
