When I think of turmoil affecting the Flames, I also think of similar such turmoil that last season affected the Jets. It may be that Petey and Demko will be gone in the next few seasons. The Jets' Connor Hellebuyck may be Helle-gone after June 2024 particularly with how in April the Jets limped into, then out of, the postseason via a 5-game loss of their 1st playoff series since the 2020-21 season.
