OMG Coach I TOLD YOU MAYBE SAVARD AND PETRY GOT TO GO !!!! YOU *!!!! TOOK LIKE 30 MINUTES ON STREAM TOO SAY I WAS CRAZY CAUSE OF LEADERSHIP @ENORTAP WAS THE ONLY ONE SAYING THAT IT SHOULD HAPPEN . NOW THAT HOCKEY JUNKY TALK ABOUT IT . ITS ALL GOOD OMG!!! HAHHAHAHAHHAHHA!!!!!!!
I see Savard , Petry, covacevic , Harris, and Barron will be gone in 2025 if no one becomes a star… as forwards Armia, Evans , Pezzeta, Widman , Dovorak and maybe maybe Monahan will be gone in 2025 lots of rookies will come in and 2 years to grow as one . Xhekaj will not go away i know i know coach dont like hime but with kids as Hudson and rookies will need his policing arround that is my take 🙂

In the Petry/deSmith aftermath .. obviously more coming. Why did we ask for deSmith? No way pens choose Nedeljkovic over DeSmith.
Is this a deal someone backed out of? Kings?Sabres? Capitals?

i would assume that having 4 goalies is a problem.
they have monty thats an ok 1b,desmith thats an ok backup,allen thats an ok backup,and primeau thats chomping at the bit to show he belongs in the nhl and wants that number one job imo.
if primeau can be the 1a and monty the 1b,that means desmith and allen got to go imo.
not getting alot for them either.i would expect a deal,including one g and a youthful prospect that didnt work out like norlinder.then another …could waive desmith…that would be wasting an asset.dont see that.

You underestimate Xhekaj, like Slaf, give him time…he's tough, can get the puck through to the net, can skate just needs time and work. Played best with Wideman (lol) and when Edmundson came back it went downhill. Guhle on the other hand, is over rated…gets himself brutally out of position, was -19 called a defensive Dman and worst of all, is injury prone. Engstrom, Trudeau (should change his name it's disgraceful) and Xhekaj are the future LD. Move Hutson to LW he won't be able to defend in the NHL. They have no future top 6/ 2nd line (or first). When Hughes drafted Slaf he spoke of "balance" up front but since has dropped the ball on that for "culture". Newhook's past show's no "eliteness" in potential. RHP, Farrell, Hutson, Simoneau, Mesar Caufield etc…hopefully the excess Dman can bring some quality trades in forwards because they are very incomplete and too small. Size doesn't matter? Vegas had one player under 6 feet tall.
Trade Guhle and Harris. Move Hutson to LW or trade before they realize he can't defend in the NHL. Petry's being traded. Trading Mailloux would be a mistake. Reinbacher has bad knees, not osgood-schlatter disease and that goes away after growing is done…they said overwork = bad knees. Wasted pick. Sorry that I see things realistically instead of blindly optimistically. No one upcoming will top Caufield (reliant on Suzuki), Suzuki and Dach or even come close.
