The Rangers a third place lock in the Metro! They’ll make the playoffs, the have all the pieces, weather or not the connect them all to complete the puzzle in the playoffs remains to be seen!

Hopefully, Chris Drury learned his lesson. A team can't keep adding four players at the trade deadline every season. Wheeler is a middle six forward. He is better suited on the third line with a team which doesn’t have the prototypical third line. Wheeler is not the same player from 3-4 years ago. These people are insane.

They might be a year out or it could happen this year but this team is gonna mirror the yankees. Both are poorly constructed rosters with some of the worst drafting/development programs in their sport.
The metro could easily finish the way it did last year with Carolina #1
I think Pittsburgh will be a wildcard at best so we could likely see another rangers devils 1st round matchup.

Lafrenière having a breakout year will be the key for this team going far.
