He could go anywhere from 6th to 15, depending on how things go with the draft lottery and play in round.

  1. "200 foot player" and "Very high compete level" for a guy who is probably the 2nd best goal scorer in the draft… is that good?

  2. I think Quinn would fit in amazing on Calgary, just depends how this tournament goes..

  3. I used to play against him from minor bantam to u18 and he got exponentially better every year and that hasn’t changed in his junior years. As a goalie, i know he can fill the net with pucks, he’s lethal

  4. I don't even think Jack Quinn is the one the Blackbook is most high on. Sanderson is the big one. This guy was a late first rounder to start the season and now they have him 4th!!!

  5. After watching highlights of Quinn and Rossi, I was way more blown away with Quinn. His skating and offensive talent is quite amazing to watch and his game will translate well in the NHL.

  6. Hope Quinn turns out great because he had a hell of a year obviously, but to me, choosing him over Rossi is like looking at Florida and deciding you'd rather have Brett Connolly over Aleksander Barkov. Absolutely INSANE.

  7. I'd say around 15. Me personally I think Rossi has a lot to do with how much goals he scored

  8. Hockeyprospect has Lundell at #25… Just saying… I like Quinn tho

  9. He’s too much of a beneficiary of his teammates play to go top 10, he’s gotta be on a line with a finisher in the NHL

  10. I do wonder if he is carried by Rossi? Definitely will go in the 7 – 14 range though because he can bury pucks.

  11. Quinn does not play on the same line as Rossi. Only on the powerplay. I think Quinn will go top 10.

  12. If he isnt gone by 11th then Nashville is absolutely going to pick him. He is potentially the goal scoring star that has been needed for decades.

  13. Had to go back and watch this video after sabres took him at 8, good to know this may not be as bad of a pick as I initially thought

  14. Here after the draft. Welcome to Buffalo! Whoever said that second quote should go buy a lottery ticket haha

  15. As a 67s season ticket holder I have seen almost all Jack's home games. He just gets better and better. You could see from his first game that he was a smart, cagey player but not physically ready for the OHL, but this past season he got stronger, worked hard on his skating and it all came together. The thing I love about his game is that he scores so many ways: full speed breakaways, 1 on 1, 1 on 2, 5 on 5, powerplays, short handed; cutting into the high circle and picking corners on wrist shots; one-timers with one knee down; backhanders, tip-ins; standing still and shooting. He is skilled, smart and reads the play very well. In addition to his shooting he is also an excellent passer and puckhandler. Some people wrongfully suggest Rossi was responsible for Jack's success but the two rarely played together, except on broken line changes and powerplays. Sabers got a good player who will be fun to watch beside some Eichel or Cozens. He may not be ready next year but it won't be long.
