    A truly historic moment for Womens' hockey with the PWHL Launching 6 Teams–I will have to plan a trip to Minnesota to see a game and be a part of history. Looking foward to seeing how it goes. The whole 2018 WJC is such a mess IMHO and I really hope this all get cleared up , so that we can move on to positive things in the WJCs in the future.

    Re: PWHL…. Boooooyyyaaaahhhhh!!!! The women's hockey has been fantastic and I've been a huge fan for years. Good for the ladies to finally get a viable league off the ground. I hope they get great attendance which will then improve revenues and thus salaries.
    Re: WJHC investigation…..geesh!!! A lot of blabber from the NHL saying nothing, eh!!!! This needs to be brought to a timely resolution for the sake of the victim and as you noted to hold those in the wrong accountable.
    Re: Hanafin trade potential to Dallas…if that trade presents itself….Flames would be foolish not to take it!!!! Dallas may see that they are giving up too much but it would be a helluva haul for Flames.
    Ditto re: Lindholm…..Flames would be foolish not to take that trade if Lindholm isn't committed to staying.
    Re: Scheiffle to Kraken….hmmmm….. I'm not sold on that trade possibility. I would think the Bruins would make a trade for him I see him more in the Bruins lineup more than the Kraken.

    I think the kraken needs to up the anti for Mark for the jets to bite . That would be so awesome for women’s hockey to see and watch like the NHL boys !!

    The PWHL are starting off on the wrong foot by not having the clubs named! They should also have started with 4 more cities to have a 10 team league. 5 in the west Minnesota, Chicago, Detroit, Hamilton and Toronto. And 5 eastern teams Ottawa, Montreal, New York, Boston and Cleveland/Buffalo/Philadelphia/Washington.

    Team names suggestions…..
    Toronto Beavers
    (Hamilton Steelers)
    Minnesota Dakotas
    (Detroit Motors)
    (Chicago Cherries)
    Ottawa Otters
    Montreal Royals
    New York Yonkers
    Boston Sweeters
    (Philadelphia Foxers)

    All 3 trades discussed suck for the Canadian teams!

    I was hoping that there would be a PWHL team announced for out west. Hopefully they get some TV deals as well. I would love so see them do PWHL/NHL double headers, or triple headers on the weekend. It might be a good way to entice NHL fans to give it a shot.
    At the very least, I hope they schedule it in a smart way that they aren't going into the same time slots as NHL games, at least as much possible.
    Also, televise this historic draft.

    I forgot to ask if the NHL will have dual sponsorship with the PWHL–having PWHL teams in markets with NHL teams would be a big Plus for the League IMHO, so, I hope that's the future plan to ensure the viability of the PWHL–if they wind up with a team in Denver, I will definitely go to some games-at least as many as the 5-10 games a season i see with the Avs.
