Noah Juulsen for me… As the article states, he’s put up great Corsi numbers with mostly defensive zone starts while playing with Hughes in a handful of games. Juulsen is very physical and excels at boxing guys out in front of the net; Quinn’s rare deficiency due to his size and the fact that net front battles are stationary.
Carson Soucy would be my second choice, but I’d prefer not to play guys on their off-side.
One factor to consider is the fact that Juulsen is very injury prone. These would be my pairings though. Juulsen has looked good in 18 of his 20 NHL games so far with the Canucks.

Brett Pesce as a trade target makes a lot of sense but I don’t think we have the type of assets that Carolina is interested in, unless it’s a 3 way trade

Soucy – Myers 3rd pairing
