  1. I'm so sick of the Ty Smith slander from ignorant Penguins fans in the comment sections. Ty Smith outperformed POJ in almost every category in camp and preseason last season. He was FORCED to play in the AHL not because of his play, but because Hextall did an atrocious job at managing the cap. Smith was not a waiver exempt player until Letang was put on LTIR which was the only opportunity we had to call him up without risk of losing him on waivers.

    Penguins fans will clamor all day and night about "Hextall bad" without even fully understanding that Smith was a casualty of his piss poor cap management.
