I'd like to see Chase Stillman on the roster at some point. Not necessarily this season, but soon.
Hellebuyck is too expensive even with the cap going up. The Devils need to play better defense as a team and not a 10 mil goaltender.
When Holtz plays for Devils big team he is expected to have defensive awareness, while in Utica that's not expected from him, that's why Zutterland made the team last year instead of him, it's not about goals.
Why does Hughes only have 2 years remaining? He didt play 9 games.

I agree with JJoe. It's win-now mode. You never know what can happen in the future. A year ago people were talking about Av's dynasty and suddenly they are top heavy team with risky high paid contracts and they don't look a bit as scary as the 2022 championship team.
I’m just so glad we didn’t get kakko and Lafreniere! Horrible picks. The rangers analysts love making excuses for them! Unfortunately I don’t think Holtz will pan out. I really, really hope I’m wrong!
