  1. Feels like losing your best friend it will always hurt not seeing him anymore 😢

  2. I came to YouTube for a laugh. Saw this. Now I'm tearing up…

Fun fact, friend of mine had a pet bamed Bergy. Not sure how exactly how its spelled, i was told it was a Hungarians girls name or something. I liked it for some reason. Then the man himself came onto the scene. I loved him instantly. I'm definitely naming my daughter Bergy, if I'm ever blessed with one. It will have two meanings. (I may not tell my wife about this one though…) 😅

  3. Honestly, dude, when I heard there was Patrice news, my biggest fear was he signed for the habs. Legit argument for 2nd greatest Bruin.

  4. Man, I hate/appreciate how well this was done. I was in the feels but holding it together until it went from hoisting the cup to the blank wall. That made me lose it. If the NHL had to pick a captain to be true leader for its entirety, absolutely no one would bat an eyelash is he was picked. True class act that shall never be forgotten, will forever live on my custom tattoo

  5. This man truly gave his all and played his heart out. My biggest dream is to meet him some day. Nobody will ever be able to replace him

  6. I legit had tears in my eyes when reading that Bergy retired. He has been my favorite player and favorite Bruin since his rookie year, and to see him hang the skates up made me cry

  7. Have to comment a 2nd time and just say I’m a diehard Bruins fan for sure, and Bergerons rookie season was also the first year I started playing hockey as a young kid. The fact that he was my oldest brothers age and was new in the NHL the same year I started playing hockey made me cling to Bergeron from day 1, so this is devastating for me.

Also, these days I’m more of an overall NHL and hockey fan in general, but the Bruins and Bergeron are still #1 to me regardless. This is a tough tribute
