  1. Jeff, you should definitely consider doing the Cocadona 250. Im from AZ and would love to see you out there and filming that course!

  2. So happy you're in SoCal! Maybe check out Griffith Park Trails? I am biased since I live in SD and still think we have better trails than LA.

  3. There is of course already a lot of research on the use of ketones (with only limited benefits sofar) but it will be important to consider how far you can and want to stretch the limits in the use of supplements.

  4. Could you and Audree maybe do a video about her favorite gear? I would be super interested in that😊

  5. My concerns with taking a supplement like ketones that are naturally produced in the body is that it will over time reduce my natural production. I haven’t looked into it enough though to give an opinion one way or another.

  6. Wow, I am so happy that you are coming to Slovenia :), my country. I am sure you will enjoy it very much.
Thank you for the beautiful videos, they are a great inspiration for my running.

  7. Love this channel, planning to run the broken arrow 46k soon and seeing your trail running gives me so much insight and confidence, thank you guys!!

  8. Awesome Video as always! Can't wait to see the MOAB! I have absolutely no idea what I'm talking about here (keep that in mind) but I'm really curious how you find the Ketone supplement. My worry is (and again – I have no idea) if we put something like that into our body (that it can naturally produce) does that mean our body slows natural production long term? Our bodies are so incredibly adaptive and I worry that if we use something like that, 20 years from now does our body even produce that any more or does it shift that energy to another function? Really interested to see how that works for you and what the season effects are. I think a good test would be to use it for a few months but then stop using it. Do you shift back to where you were before it's use or do you slip backwards? Anyways….you get the idea. Looking forward to any take you have on it and thanks for being the Guiney pig:) Would love to hear comments from anyone who has been experimenting with it for some time. Great job on this race.

  9. Curious if you have tried a nitrate powder for any of your high altitude events? I’m going to experiment with one. Very interested to see if perceived effort is lower at high altitude. Great video, Jeff!

  10. So happy this popped up in our feed! Jeff, we love the videos, efforts and style in which you deliver your content. Thank you so much for what you do. Puts a spark in our day! <3<3

  11. Your doing a Bob Graham! Wow, I was wondering if you would ever visit the UK. I love the Lake District but certainly am not a fell runner 😅. Can't wait to see you tackle the fells.

  12. Since you are coming to LA, I'd suggest checking out some running groups like RunWithUs or SoCalTrail, they organize trail runs on weekends and SoCalTrail has started a Tour of LA which features many trail peaks around the LA area
I'm based in Burbank right next to Griffith Park, let me know if you want any suggestions but I'm sure you have friends here too

  13. The Lake District and Bob Graham will be fantastic. If you need any additional pacers happy to help.

  14. That's cool to hear about naak being new sponsors for utmb. I'm also glad too see good Canadian companies do well. I've been thinking of buying some for a couple of years. I should try it soon.

  15. Iceland sounds a azing. I was hoping that would be the choice. And enjoy California. I miss the trails in SOCAL. So many options a d all of them are amazing to ru. Ray Miller and Malibu Creek are my favourite ones around Malibu and of course the mountains s are there. Mt Wilson and Baldy are close as is Cucamonga Peak. Further south, Irvine and Laguna Beach have miles of trails that connect to kne another giving so many options. Again….so many wonderful options.

  16. Im hyped about Iceland ohhhhh ❤‍🔥❤‍🔥❤‍🔥 & Jeff – Audrey Clap Clap 🤙🏽✊🏽

  17. Well done- I enjoyed your video. Last Saturday I did the 74 km Rennsteiglauf Supermarathon in the hills of Thuringia in East Germany. It is a fantastic, huge event and beautiful too. I'd highly recommend it.

  18. I just love how packed your race schedule is for this year. Definitely some diversity in the types of races you’ll be doing. Best of luck, Jeff!

  19. Great to hear you are looking to do the Bob Graham round, thats right on my doorstep, if you are looking for any additional pacers or support i would be happy to help, i know the legs very well and would be happy to help

  20. For a while now i've been using trail running shoes for general everyday use, regular hikes/walks or holidays and what not. But then there was the Barkley Marathons hype earlier this year, I started watching your videos, and then I decided I would actually start running trails. (I'm 43, this is my umpteenth "I'm going to start running again" phase.) Just had my first race this weekend, just a very modest 5 km trail run, but was really happy with my performance, really enjoyed myself, and here's hoping for more to come. So thanks for the inspiration!!

  21. Nice!! Congrats to you and Audrey, and good to see Janelle did so well too (I know / recognize her from the local O-runs)!!
