Game Recap: Penguins vs. Canadiens (02.14.20) | Jason Zucker’s First Goals with Pittsburgh



It was French Language Night in Pittsburgh as the Penguins took on the Montreal Canadiens in this Valentine’s Day matchup. Appropriately, Montreal-native Kris Letang scored the first goal of the game. In 35 games against his hometown team, Letang has 28 points (6G-22A). Jason Zucker scored two goals in a 1:42 span, his first two goals as a member of the Pittsburgh Penguins. Zucker now has seven points in his last 10 games (split between MIN and PIT). This was Sidney Crosby’s 10th multi-point game of the season. After a three-point effort against the Canadiens, Crosby now has 17 points in his 11 games since he returned to the lineup. The Penguins have now improved to 20-5-4 at home, and tied the Boston Bruins for the most home victories among all teams. Since Crosby entered the league in 2005.06, the Penguins have earned at least 20 home wins in 13 different seasons (best in the NHL).
