  1. So, Killorn at 33 with 4 more years under contract = 37 years old. Then a final year in Montreal (+1=38 years old). He wants to play one year in Montreal. AT 38 YEARS OLD! IS HE SNIFFING GLUE. NO NO NO!!!

  2. No Killorn .. 37 by then? Lol.. if they really want to play for mtl, don't wait until tail end of career to do it. Too many players say that about mtl. Shoulda coulda woulda.

  3. I wouldn't read into anything out of the KHL it's a p2w league and full of holes. Why on earth would we grab Killorn and take a job away from other deserving prospects?I feel Columbus could use one more D so they should go after Savard he has a couple years left in him.I wish Hughes would quit grabbing all this dead weight we should be doing two things drafting and looking for LEGIT top end talent not other teams garbage.

  4. Killorn shouldn’t have signed a 4 year deal if he wanted to play for Montreal lmao…. Does he think he’s gonna sweep in at 37 years old when Montreal is contending and hopes he wins a cup with the habs??? I don’t think so! He would be 38 at the end of a deal coming to Montreal if he signed 1 year and Montreal would be CRAZY! To even sign him to a one year deal, That being said he has been playing VERY well for someone his age and if he is a 35-45 point player at 37 years old
Then I would kinda be open for him coming for 1 year and he has amazing playoff experience…. If his body holds up and he’s still able to score points and keep up with the pace of the game then I wouldn’t be totally against it, BUT! That’s a BIG “IF” when it comes to his body, speed and point production holding up at 37-38 years old…. As of now I say absolutely not, But if he’s still the same player or very close to it 4 years from now and Montreal needs 1 more veteran with playoff experience that can still play then I would be open to it…..

  5. I'd love to hear people's thoughts on this topic: pronunciation of non-English names, during an English segment.

For example, when I'm following along in English, and then I hear David Savard pronounced in French, personally I find it very weird.
But, at the same time, if the name being talked about was Guy Lafleur and the first name was pronounced in its English version, that would equally be very weird.

Still, there's no denying this skit from SNL about this topic:

Obviously the speaker can say whatever, however they like.

  6. If they were to trade them I wonder what kind of return they would get I taking about picks how many and what kind of picks like a 3nd maybe and a couple more

  7. The fact that Savard is considered the first pairing right side d-man, is frightening.

  8. Oh stop with this bull of ifs and maybes. That is why so many of our prospects go know where. Putting pressure on players that haven't even played a full season yet a game in the NHL.
