Evan Bouchard took this high sticking penalty on Trevor Moore with less than two minutes left in the third period, leading to the LA Kings tying PP goal with 16 seconds left.

Seems like an easy penalty not to take. Keep your stick down on the ice, accept that you missed the hit, play on. Instead, go for the dangerous crosscheck/high-stick? Bad decision.

Horrible call! The embellishment, falling to the ice, was more egregious than the cross check to the shoulder pad! Those cross checks happen on every play in front of the net. Changed the outcome of the game, and maybe the series!
I don’t even think Bouchards stick touches Moores face. It’s his shoulder pad that rides up.
It's a penalty, hands down. He took 3 stupid penalties last night.

Wasnt there a high stick double minor completely removed in another game because they saw in the review it was the glove that hit the player? Cause thats exactly that
