Tyler Bertuzzi spent the final shift of this game throwing multiple crosschecks at Nick Cousins before finally tackling him to the ice after the whistle. With the Panthers up by three goals the officials wisely just let the final three seconds run off the clock and end the game.

The Bruins’ temperament is definitely their Achilles’ heel, and of the Panthers have any shot I feel like they need to continue to get under their skin and make them play stupid and petty like this. I have to say, this game was fun to watch, to me, with players chirping and on the cusp of some proper fights, but I know lots of people don’t want this type of stuff going on.

I suspect that grabbing a guy by his head, from behind, then yanking him down to the ice, is probably not a wise move when done by anybody named Bertuzzi.
