Great show and analysis as usual.
JT Compher – I didn't expect his signing, I hope he does well.
Lucas Raymond- love this kid and I'd love him to be a career Red Wing. If he's added muscle, that's really good because he's already got tons of grit and heart.
I'll say Lucas scores 25 this year.
Soderblom looked pretty good and Danielson did too, I'll be drafting him in my dynasty pool very soon.
Anti Toumisto looked good too.
Now the Wings young D group will begin to blossom, ASP, Wallinder,Gibson, Cleveland, they've added so many D prospects now that in 5 years this will be the scariest defense group in the NHL.
Can you examine this entire D group sometime on the Grind Line?

Im sure you just misspoke but Lombardi did play the first game. He missed practice due to a personal issue. Overall the kids did really well, just some sloppy puck management led to bad turnovers that turned into goals.
