For those who don’t remember, Kozun was on the Leafs during the 2014-15 season. He had an impressive preseason that earned him a spot on the opening night lineup but a leg injury five games into the year derailed things and he never regained his form. He has spent the last eight years in Europe mostly in the KHL, including an appearance representing Team Canada at the 2018 Olympics.
