Very good analysis. As an Avs fan myself, I can't argue too much with anything you said. I will say that Johanssen and Colton are a better 2-3 punch down the middle than Compher and Newhook, so that will make the team better. The top 4 D is possibly the best in the league….but the Avs lack depth there. Honestly….they lack depth everywhere. If they stay healthy, easily one of the best teams in the league. 3 or 4 injuries can drastically change that, though. On a side note, I hope Drouin doesn't even SNIFF top line minutes.
