Xhekaj reminds me of Sheldon Souray. Tough guy that can drop the gloves with a powerful shot. It's a bit early to compare him to Souray but I like the progression of the kid.
There's a compromise possible. Kloten finishes its season earlier than than the NHL. He could then be called up to the NHL or AHL to get used to the NHL hockey.

Mailloux will be their best prospect on D! His skill is off the charts. Offense from their D has been weak in the last 2 years! He is coming off his best year and won the OHL Championship! He was playing with men 2 years ago in Sweden. He has the size and ice presence that is NHL worthy!

I wonder if arber can play forward? He could easy replace pezetta.. and with all the prospwct dman we have he will be pushed out eventually but as a 4th liner he can still bring the physicality and fighting. Which will be essential with all the bruisers that were added to our division to counter arber..

Habs have to spread these defensive prospects out in the various leagues and let them play important minutes as they are all so young. No way all of them make the team so best to showcase them for other teams for the inevitable trades to come.

Debating on Xhekaj vs Harris is retarded. Xhekaj is by far the superior player. Harris should be dealt this year! He wont have a chance of making the team when Hutson comes around! Engstrom will beat out Harris as well! Undersized defenseman are only useful if they're offensive studs and Harris is not!
I see both Xhekaj and Mailloux being the top 2 D's of the team at some point. Both have the size and the tools to pull this off, and Mailloux is too smart to not bring his defensive game to an elite level. Reinbacker might at some point change that, but that's a maybe. Meanwhile those 2 are prob going to be the 2 toughest players habs will have on their blueline, And Xhekaj imo, is very underrated as a player. Which is why I don't want him fighting all the time. And he can skate for a player his size.
