[Krenn] Jon Cooper said Andrei Vasilevskiy is day-to-day right now. “He’s wrestling with some things right now, physically. It’s early in training camp, so we don’t need to rush anything along with him. When he’s ready to go, he’ll be out there.”

Concerning considering last year. I hope this turns out to be a big nothingburger.

he’s day to day and we’re still a couple weeks out from our first game, as spooky as this is considering how important he is to the team, this probably won’t be too big of a deal

I hope he takes the time he needs now so this doesn’t hurt him come playoffs. Scary stuff but I’m hopeful.

Cooper needs to not play him 60 times this year. Give johansson the shot to prove himself or bring up Alnefelt. A tired Vasy fucks us come playoffs

Not to drop the blackpill, but for the workload he’s had Vasy has been extremely reliable forever. Like, outlier levels of durability for a modern goaltender. It was really only a matter of time until the tweaks started to catch up with him, and I suspect going forward he will be playing less, hopefully. I would love to see Johansson prove the doubters wrong as well.
