If you’re in the US market, download Brave Browser and enable the built in VPN. (right of the search bar).
VPN service requires a credit card but is a free 7 day trial if you only want it for this occasion.
Set your country of origin to Canada. It can take a couple minutes to reroute. And you may need to restart Brave Browser entirely. You should now be able to view the stream.
