  1. That land is all owned by the city of mesa… I really hope that ain't it. There's no way they'd zone it without a vote

  2. that cant be it – that lot is retention basin for the freeways, it it owned by mesa but has no freeway access to either freeway (even though its abuts up against two) and major major alterations would have to be done by ADOT to both freeways and to the salt river (army corp engereers) and on the rez if access from north. i cant see the logistics for that even possible.

  3. That red outlined area is an water infiltration basin owned and used buy City of Mesa to conduct groundwater discharge from their treatment plant.

  5. Ive seen articles saying that they are buying a "gravel pit". Id think just north of the 202, where scarizona is
