The bright side to this for people who aren't fans of Kakko or Laffy, they only have two years left on there deals. If neither of them show any signs of improving there game, Drury will look to trade them. I still have hope but we'll really know once the NHL hits the midway point of the season. Quick is the real problem, he looked awful during every start.
Othmann and Cuylle are playing awesome! I hope the best for Laff and Kakko but honestly it's who wants it more and production is showing with Othmann, Kakko and Cuylle. Laff needs to figure it out or we'll have a number 1 overall forward making over 2mill a season in Hartford
Too many passengers on this roster, time to make some bigger moves. Move laff before he has no value at all, see Yakupov.
Trade Lafreniere and a 3rd for the cap space and bring back kane? Idc at this point just they gotta move his lazy ass. If they canโt get lane then I guess theyโd have to bring up WC50 or BO78. But they both have earned it!!!!! Lafreniere never has.
Save some cap, gets some scoring, and physically improve immensely. Lafreniere is the new Ranger Killer. Not varlamov. Heโs ruining every single line.
