I think the Wild have three first round picks. They could trade all three first round picks for Buffalo's first pick. I'd love to see my Red Wings getting Powers. But I don't think we could trick the Sabres in a trade for the first pick in the draft. The Red Wings have two first round picks. But that isn't enough, I suspect. Sending a NHL roster player to Buffalo seems like cruel and unusual punishment.
The thing is is that no one is going to want to come and play for Buffalo because they’re a mess
No one in this draft is NHL ready, but they should pick Eklund anyway
