  1. ..Habs fan…this team is lacking talented players..awash with bottom 6 forwards without much upside..show the fans something..Newhook a wannabe pretty boy unlikely to engage in the physical aspects…years away from contention..

  2. Norlinder wasnt sent down because they want to see if they can build him up for a trade so they can recoup. Ultimately they dont want to lose an asset for nothing and no matter how you look at it there is no room for him on that LD future wise its a smart move on Hughes part since most of the other kids cant get claimed on waivers.

  3. Its newhooks spot to lose since this point in slafs career hes shown hes nothing more then a 3rd liner. Infact if slafkovsky wasnt a 1st overall he would be in laval..

  4. I know it's only a pre-season game, but last night's game was disgustingly hard to watch.
Can they at least fricken TRY to win?? So many mistakes…and more turnovers than a Pillsbury factory!!

  5. Newhook and Suzuki have poor quality shots and no finish.I cant predict what Hughes is up to but Norlinder is not good enough for any NHL team.Trudeau is good enough but I dont mind him in the AHL because this is going to be another contagious losing season and all the players are going to lose confidence.
The problems with the habs are way beyond one or two players and so far in more than a year I am not seeing any of the problems being addressed so this rebuild might take a LOT longer.
I would like to know why people keep saying this guy looks great and that guy looks great but NOBODY looks great the TEAM is not a winning group dont know who Hughes will have on the second line but whatever line RHP and gallagher are on are going to have positive results.

  6. I think this is Norlinder last chance, he is primarily being shown off for a trade to reduce the long list of young defensemen in waiting for a spot, there was trouble brewing before camp, he's the oldest prospect, on his last year of contract and frankly not the best. That being said, if he’s capable to seize the opportunity and show what the organization wanted from him, this is his chance to change their plan for him.

The organization is going to try anyone that can fill the giant hole on the first line RW, new elements first that means Newhook, they have high hopes to also have a competent 2nd line with Dach at the center of it, i think they are primarily disavowing Anderson as the first line filler of the last couple seasons, a bit like Drouin or Galchenyuk they always had ambitions of having Dach playing center.

Reinbacher is simply a victim of the giant bottleneck for young prospect in Defense, caused by some veterans still being around, ironically in one of the weakest defense of the league, a bit like Roy in the forward group more offensively talented than most but big contracts and veterans are in the way, in one of the weakest offense of the last couple seasons.

  7. I think it’s good for reinbacker to go back but when hes come back he’ll be great. Ps I can’t spell names bro

  8. I love your content but you guys are over exaggerating the positivety around this club. Yesterday was so bad that I was literally thinking about spliting Caufield and Suzuki. And I know it was only pre-season, but I would have put Caufield with Dach and Newhook.

  9. I don’t watch your videos anymore because every video title is so sensationalized that I don’t know what they’re about …. “This is huge”
