Man I love your view on a lot of stuff but to be that adamant on 40 goals for a kid that has not played an NHL game with seasoned players. It would be really exciting if he cracked 40 goals and good for the game of hockey but I think once he starts getting stood up or his pocket picked by some of the elite defensemen in the league he might think twice about being too fancy. No doubt he will get run over and I'm just hoping he has the fortitude to get back up and the players behind him to stick up for him

Yeah about every player in the league changes the angle of their shot, and drags the puck closer to them to take a snap shot. These are extremely basic skills that players practice in Pee Wee’s, and have for a decade.
