Nobody hits like Seider with that consistency. Magic how he always seems to see hits incoming, but his body does not give you a sign of whats to come. The second you touch him… BAM! floored.
100% his favorite thing to do is hold the puck knowing someone’s coming to hit him, passing it almost last second then rocking the guy coming at him knowing he’s not gonna expect it lmao 😭 just baits them into coming at him
One thing I think that is hurting the NHL now is the over reaction to clean hits. Hits are a part of the game. Some one gets run over cleanly and then the whole team goes after the guy who dished out the hit. If the hit was dirty, then by all means, but if it's clearly a clean hit then play on.
He keeps getting stronger. 2023-24 will be much of the same. He is known for working hard off the ice and in the off season. Had a little sophomore slump hoping he rolls past it this year. He is in a better defensive pairing now.
