  1. Good analysis. Trotz has said he wants to bring players to Nashville to win, not to retire. Duchene and Johansen are perhaps too laid back for his liking; he wanted a culture change away from the 'country club' atmosphere that had taken root. If there's an improvement, it will come because players like Cody Glass, Phil Tomasino, Luke Evangelista, Egor Afanasyev and Jusso Parssinen are ready to provide the necessary offensive spark. Forsberg, Saros, and Josi are still a good core.
