  1. Laviolette is not the answer. I hope I'm wrong but the problem last season was not Gallant's fault imo.

  2. Chik is a sunshine pumper. Tarasenko and Kane did little to help the Rangers' cause. Both are on the downside of their careers. Same with Wheeler, who turned 37 in August. Quickj will be 38 in January. Great hockey teams have great, young players.
