This Day in Kings’ History (2003): Kings sign Dustin Brown to an entry-level contract



On October 4, 2003, the Kings signed top prospect Dustin Brown to a three-year, $3.72 million contract. Brown, who was selected 13th overall in 2003, scored four goals in six preseason games, and appeared in 31 games with the Kings in his rookie season.
